The grand finale of the October Live Healing Services was an electrifying and faith-filled gathering, that brought together everyone worldwide for a time of miracles, healing, and special blessings. Hosted with great anticipation, the event highlighted the ministry's unwavering commitment to extending healing to the nations; all thanks to the visionary leadership and love of the man of God, Pastor Chris.
The grand finale of the 12th edition live Healing Service began with an opening ministration from the Loveworld Singers, setting the stage for the Healing School Director, Pastor Deola Philips, who welcomed all participants worldwide, thanking them for staying with us through the course of the events. Leading the opening prayer, she asked all to stand in thanksgiving to God for the incredible testimonies received and prayed fervently for all the sick, declaring, “This would be their day of change.” She encouraged participants to remain unwavering in their faith, saying, “As the Man of God ministers to you, believe and act accordingly. Take advantage, give your focus, and the same atmosphere will be with you where you are.” Citing Isaiah 60:1 and Psalms 147:15, she reminded all to arise and shine as the glory of God has risen upon them.
The Loveworld Singers in their awesome ministration set the atmosphere ablaze with an inspiring time of praise and worship, preparing hearts for the service. In a lively talk show hosted by Pastor Deola Philips featuring notable ministers—Rev. Ray Okocha, Rev. Tom Amenkhienan, and Pastor Johan De Beer—each shared impactful insights and testimonies. Beginning with Pastor Johan De Beer, who expressed deep gratitude to Pastor Chris for answering God’s call to minister healing to the nations. Recounting inspiring moments from Pastor Benny Hinn’s teachings, he was excited to share highlighted parts, saying, “Jesus is the cosmic glue that holds all things; that’s why Mary didn’t hold the baby, the Baby held her, the water didn’t hold Jesus, Jesus held the water, and the grave couldn’t hold him, He held the grave. Hallelujah!” In conclusion, he shared amazing testimonies from across the globe. Rev. Ray Okocha introduced the November edition of the Healing to the Nations magazine as a ministry extension and a vessel of healing, sharing testimonies that reinforced the magazine’s role in spreading the healing power of God. Rev. Tom Amenkhienan emphasized the importance of sharing testimonies, stating, “Testimonies are evidence that Jesus is alive today. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” He introduced the Festival of Miracles, a two-week event from October 28 to November 10, 2024. It’s a live program where participants who received healing or miracles during the live healing services share their testimonies. He also advised everyone to be wise and partner with the Healing School in spreading healing as he shared inspiring testimonies. Pastor Deola Philips shared two amazing testimonies as she rounded up the talk show segment, setting the stage for a session prayer.
The prayer segment for children worldwide who are battling sickness and diseases was led by Rev. Ray Okocha. Reading from John 4:48-50, he declared that “God's miraculous power will reach and be bestowed upon them during this service, driving out all infirmities and evil powers.” He also asked all to pray for their parents and guardians that “they will be drawn to the Lord and will have their faith ignited to receive their children’s healing and miracles.”
Evangelist. Dr.Eddy Owase mounted the stage for the testimony segment. In his speech, he encouraged all, saying, “God has you in mind and will come to you wherever you are as long as you are tuned in.” In the mood of stirring up faith, he welcomed on stage a testifier from Scotland—a 68-year-old woman, Rose Smith, who suffered from chronic arthritis for many years. Upon registering and participating in the previous live healing services, Pastor Chris laid his hands upon her, and she immediately got out of her wheelchair and became whole again. Another testifier, Fariba Badan Firouz from Iran, came on stage to share her amazing testimony. She suffered from endometriosis for 10 years and almost lost hope as the pain grew worse by the day. At the brink of it all, she heard about the Healing Streams and participated. Connecting her faith, Pastor Chris prayed for her virtually, and she was completely healed. These testifiers, alongside many others who shared their stories, inspired billions around the world, boosting faith as they opened their hearts in readiness to receive.
Pastor Chris and Pastor Benny Hinn took over the arena; the crowd cheered with joy, with their hearts filled with faith and expectancy. Many who arrived in wheelchairs and stretchers were miraculously healed, walking out whole and healthy. The healing power of God was extended to all virtual participants, resulting in testimonies coming from all corners of the world. It didn’t stop there, as Pastor Chris shared how Jesus called him personally to bring healing to the nations, creating a powerful moment as he declared, “When I say I bring healing to you, I bring it because I was sent to do it.” The children weren’t left out, as prayers of healing and restoration were declared to them, affirming that the healing would remain with them.
Pastor Chris shared with us words from the scriptures. Beginning with 1 Corinthians 1:9, he said, “This verse, as simple as it sounds, is one of the most significant verses in all of the scriptures. It is the summary of all of God's purposes for us. It defines what we have that is called Christianity.” He also explained what Christianity means and what God has called us for, saying, “Authentic Christianity has to be defined through the Word. Real Christianity is acting and doing the Word of God. God is faithful, which means He can be trusted. God called you to become associates, partakers, and sharers with His Son. He called you into union, friendship, oneness with His Son.”
Diving deep, Pastor Chris explained, “Who is this Son?” Saying, “If you were told by a King that you and his son/heir are now partners, and that everything that belongs to his son now belongs to you… you would like to know who that son is and what that son has.” Using 1 John 1:3 and 2 Peter 1:3-4 to reference his teaching, he said, “Everything you require to live a wonderful, successful, and glorious life, He has given you. You discover this through the knowledge of God. Knowing Him helps you discover all He has given you in Christ. Your calling is for glory and excellence. This should be your life every day; glory and excellence independent of circumstances.” He went further to speak about salvation, saying, “The devil doesn't like us talking like this. We are indestructible. We received eternal life when we received Christ. Christ in you, the hope of Glory. How can we have eternal life and live like people that don't? Anyone who believes in Jesus should not perish! We are separated from people who should perish. That is the decree upon our lives. This is why we declare the truth everywhere. We are living for His glory.” Declaring, “I'm living the life of Christ and in the love of Christ the best it can be lived on this earth. We are members of His body. I know who I am. Ephesians 5:30.”
Billions around the world were inspired by this teaching, having their hearts filled with the desire to live the life of Christ, both those who haven’t given their lives to Christ and those who want to realign their faith in Him, responded to the call of salvation and accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
As the service drew to a close, Pastor Chris encouraged everyone to share their testimonies, saying, “I’m not asking you to give your testimony because we need more stories; I’m asking you to give it because your testimony is your first way of giving glory to God for your miracle and also keeping your healing.” The ministers prayed for nations worldwide, asking for God’s peace to reign. In unison, Pastor Benny Hinn and Pastor Chris prayed for families globally, ushering in a powerful sense of unity and faith, and families were touched.
